i WAS expecting a private bathroom with my room. i WAS annoyed to learn it was shared with the whole floor. this made using the facilities inconvenient especially when the bathroom wasn't clean.

The location was really excellent. yogi was super friendly and helpful. I am very grateful. the standard double room was warm because there was a radiator and an a/c fan and heater. super tidy!!!

Checking in was not a good experience. I was unsure if i was in the right place. i think better signage or more detailed instructions would improve this.

Comfortable stay close to town

The accommodation was newly refurbished and clean I was impressed with the provided tea and coffee facilities in the kitchen with two fridges and a microwave. Yogi, a staff member, was friendly and helpful I appreciated his assistance. The location is excellent it is a short walk from the train station and bus interchange. The room was warm with both a radiator and an A/C fan and heater.

The hotel location is very central. it is a short walk from both the train station and bus interchange. i was grateful for the tea and coffee facility available in the kitchen with two fridges. This was a nice touch. i will stay again because of this newly refurbished accommodation.

my room included only a bed and a chair. it felt quite basic, but i needed just somewhere to sleep.

The staff was very helpful. They were patient with all requests. The hotel was also very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable.

My room lacked a TV. There was also no tea or coffee maker. The bedding felt cheap. The pillows provided were not adequate.
